We provide estimated closing costs and estimated proceed sheets so you know what to anticipate
24/7 availability. We are available to assist you and answer your questions every day of the week and every day of the year. We pick up our phones, text and email at all hours of the day and night. Joe and Brenda work as a team and you directly interact with only them and no other "staff".
Electronic lock box. We place an electronic lock box on your home for access. This shows us every agent that shows your home and when they arrive and depart.
We provide listing reports, so you can see the amount of online traffic and the number of views
Only pay for services at the time of sale/closing. Title companies work with sellers, lenders and all other parties to disperse payments and track them to ensure payment receipt.
The 1% Listing Fee applies to properties that sell for $300,000 or greater.
