Once upon a time, Brenda and Joe Tuttle were roommates.  Brenda was Joe's first tenant and always paid her rent on time.  Joe liked her so much that he put a ring on her finger.  Some of their favorite dates were touring model homes.  Now, they are fortunate to have 3 kids and became Realtors when they found their niche in buying dated and damaged rental properties.  They renovate the properties to have glamorous, upscale finishes and have completed over 100 renovations and do flips in addition to assisting buyers, sellers and investors.  They know design trends, materials, labor costs and have resources and recommendations for repairs and renovations that they happily share with their clients.
