Why do we say up to 25% for the commission rebate?  

• If the purchase is less than $200,000, we will still give a commission rebate, but it will have to be a smaller amount.
• Lender's have very specific guidelines and laws to follow.  They require a specific percent or dollar amount be paid toward a home by buyers.  We have to work in coordination with their requirements.
• If there are 25 home showings or more, we will have to reduce the commission rebate amount.
